Snow Storm Causes Freezing Pipes

This early snow storm ended up freezing the pipes in this commercial building. They were not quite ready for the early storm and did not have the heat turned up enough for the night.

Frozen pipes burst in multiple places in the building during the night. The maintenance crew was in over their heads and let the company know that they needed to call a disaster and restoration company.

When we arrived we immediately started emergency mitigation cervices for the building. The goal was to remove the water and save as much of the office equipment as possible.
